School Study Committee

Mission Statement

The purpose of the School Study Committee is to research possible solutions other than elementary school closures in towns to deal with district costs. This committee is NOT charged with preparing to withdraw from the district, although that can be a valid potential solution. The committee will also work with similar committees in Francestown and Dublin to share ideas and attempt to come up with some common recommendations.

The committee shall establish its own schedule. The term of office is unlimited, unless the committee wishes to establish one. If
so, notify the select board and it will make the amendment.

The committee shall also establish its own number of members. If the committee wishes to set a fixed number, again notify the
select board.
